"Abandoned Shipwreck"
The USS PC-1084 was formally a subchaser during World War 2. In the late 40s, after the war, it wound up on the Cape Fear River near Fayetteville where it was sold to a businessman and turned into a floating dock.
Later on the dock was no longer used and the boat has since deteriorated and sank until it appears as it does in this picture.
